The Princess Academy is about a poor village of quarry workers who get looked down upon by all of the upper class people. There is a girl named Miri who is not allowed to work in the quarry because her dad thinks she is too small and doesn’t want her getting hurt. One day a prince comes to their village and said that the priests had chosen their village as the home of his new bride. So all the girls in the village must attend an academy where they will learn to be proper princess. Along the way Miri is trying to learn quarry speech, which is basically telepathy, while still trying to become a princess. She has many adventures and makes many new friends.

I recommend this book to people of all ages who like adventure books. This book will make you not want to stop reading it. You’ll be buried in this book, i promise.
