The Lost Boy

The Lost Boy
Author: Dave Pelzer
Reading Level:5.1
Points:9.0
Genre: None Fiction

This book is about David Pelzer, a boy who has been abused by his mother and struggles to be rescued from her. Finally he is, and tries to fit in with others but when he moves form one foster home to the next encounter's problems along the way. David runs into his mother from time to time. And she threatens him that she will get him back. Does she or doesn't she? To find out you have to read the book.

I recommend this book to someone who has already read "A Child Called It" The Lost Boy is the second book in this series. You have to read this book right after you read "A Child Called It" because it shows how he was saved from his mother. And that's the best part. And then read A Man Named Dave because its his life when he grows up. I'm reading it right now and it's a good book too.

Hey I haven't read a Child Called it but I might despite how sad it sounds and if it is any good I think I will read The Lost Boy.

Is it bloody or gory a lot of the time?
