reading level: 4.4

genre: fiction
There are these four girls that have known each other their whole entire life, their you average best friends. Carmen, Tibby, Lena and Bridget are their names. They do everything together, they are always around each other. But, during the summer they decide to go their separate ways. They have been doing this for a couple of years now. And you know how they stay in touch and what they do to keep their memories forever? Well, they have these special pants and they fit everyone of those girls perfectly, its like magic. The girls switch off turns wearing them, when you times up, then you send it to another girl. They write everything they do on them, its like a diary. They wanted this summer to be amazing like all of the other ones. Summer starts and they all go their own ways. They hate it when its time to leave because they know that they will miss each other a whole lot. Most girls go see their relatives or friends, but Bridget usually is off doing stuff that involves soccer. Lena normally gets the pants first, so when shes done with them then she sends them off to the next girl. These pants have tuns of rules to them. You must right stuff on them all the time, but never ever loose them. Summer was almost done with and Tibby's sister took the pants to Greece with her, but it was on purpose because she was made at the four the girls. The next day Effie calls Tibby to tell her that she stole the pants, but now they were lost. So, the next day Tibby, Carmen, Lena and Bridget get a ticket to Greece to find the magical pants. It was a week and a half until school started so they had to find and capture the pants and leave for home. They new it would be difficult, the pants could be anywhere in Greece by now. But, now the summer was officially OVER.
You guys should totally read this book its very fun and exciting to read. I really wouldn't recommend it for the boys though because they wouldn't enjoy and also understand it like most of the girls will.
